Was wondering who else had SxS's. I know mark, joe, steve, and I do. I've seen many at genoa, so was wondering who else may have one. With the anti SxS trails in ne was wondering if they are still expanding. Has Nohva set up new group?

Its still on a Sunday but I was thinking it was in North Platte. hmmmmph...seems like they'd be moving it the WRONG direction in the state! lol Grand Island was a loooooong trip last year, North Platte would be misery! ha

I take extreme offense to that. Why do we always have to drive east? The guys from Allaince still have to drive several hours, but at least it's closer. Halsey Trails is one of the more active groups. Why shouldn't we get to host it? You guys are just going to have to buck it up for once.

They moved it west cause they knew everyone that is going to go and try and make it so things are changed for the better won't show up. They could have kept it centralized in either Kearney or Grand Island and probably would have a better turn out.

I do agree...it should probably be a drive for everyone involved to keep it fair. I always wondered why they didn't host it in either the town of Genoa or Halsey...considering those would be main locations that most are familiar to coming. Heck, maybe alternate Halsey one year, Genoa the next. Just my .02 worth.

We asked Dan if it could be in North Platte. No hidden agenda or secretive plan. We just wanted to be able to host it once. Dan wasn't thrilled but agreed.

You should go to the Headworks meeting if you want to change things there and can't make it to North Platte. •January 19, 2010, Tuesday evening – Headworks Chapter meeting in York Nebraska at Chances “R” Restaurant. 6:30 PM - Order dinner or snack off the menu, person responsible or ordering will purchase. After dinner there will be an election of officers for 2010. Discuss jamborees for 2010. Other NOHVA business will be discussed at the Annual meeting in North Platte.

Truthfully, I think thats great that you guys asked and it was actually taken seriously and moved! Good for you! Best of luck...I doubt I'll be making the trek to North Platte for the NOHVA meeting this year. Please update us after and let us know how it went!

It prob best Nohva moves west, they haven't made any advancements on the east front in years! You alliance and halsey groups are the backbone. Genoa is just the checkbook. Some of us tried last year only to be laughed at and bullied. I think the older crowds have they say, not like us younger guys are the future of the sport. I'm a member and haven't received an email or mailing since summer.

Everything is west...places to ride, State Fair and now NOVHA meetings. Maybe you Easterners should think about moving where the action is. Makes you wonder whats to the east everybody keeps moving away from?
What will NY152 say today, I wonder. I turn on my computer. I wait impatiently as it connects. I go online, and my breath catches in my chest until I hear three little words You've got mail. I hear nothing. Not even a sound on the streets of New York, just the beating of my own heart. I have mail. From you.
