Title: Why can't I just win the Power Ball ?
:ride: I just would like to say that the trails are in good shape. They have been ridden enough now that are well established. So far the area is not to littered up, but I did pick up a few bottles and cans today. I was able to run my Prowler around all trails with enough room to ride. It has a 62.5" width. Each time I ride there it seems to be in good shape. Just thought I would update about the riding area. The new loading area is still closed but appears to be ready to open, I'll try to get a date for it to open. :ride:

Are there any special events planned yet? We were wanting to take our maiden voyage down there sometime.

I hope weather is good when we come out in 2 weeks. Sounds like much has changed since we rode it after moving you to alma! Nice that Corp of Engineers is UTV friendly.

No events planned yet, but more then willing to set a date to ride if any one wants to head this way. It is a trail riding area but does have some nice mud bogs to play in,nothing to big but you will get muddy. Matt are you still coming down on the 19th? :ride:

Nice to hear some updates. I just hope that it stays open now that its a bit more "visible" and no more poaching goes on. I always try to make it back there at least once (if not more) to ride there. I was in touch with Pat Underwood about getting ideas for a "grand opening" type event, but nothing really transpired. I hope in the future they would do some type of a hare scramble just like there were in the 80's. Either way me and my friends/team mates will for sure be out there over the 4th of July weekend holiday.

Here is a video that I made from footage BEFORE they staked out all the new trails, but the terrain is pretty much the same.

:ride: Went riding this weekend and the trails were in good shape. The mud bogs are back in there best form, not frozen and super muddy. There was about 20 people out there. Nice day to ride.
